Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Resume Writing Services:

a) Cancellation Policy:

If a customer wishes to cancel the Resume Writing Service, they must inform SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. However, if the customer cancels the service after 24 hours of placing the order, no refund will be provided.

b) Refund Policy:

If the customer is not satisfied with the resume written by SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED, they can request a revision within 15 days of receiving the completed resume. However, if the customer is still not satisfied with the revised resume, a refund will be provided after deducting the amount for the work done.

2. Corporate Presentation Services:

a) Cancellation Policy:

If a customer wishes to cancel the Corporate Presentation Service, they must inform SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED in writing within 48 hours of placing the order. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. However, if the customer cancels the service after 48 hours of placing the order, no refund will be provided.

b) Refund Policy:

If the customer is not satisfied with the corporate presentation designed by SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED, they can request a revision within 15 days of receiving the completed presentation. However, if the customer is still not satisfied with the revised presentation, a refund will be provided after deducting the amount for the work done.

3. Web Design Services:

a) Cancellation Policy:

If a customer wishes to cancel the Web Design Service, they must inform SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED in writing within 72 hours of placing the order. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. However, if the customer cancels the service after 72 hours of placing the order, no refund will be provided.

b) Refund Policy:

If the customer is not satisfied with the website design created by SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED, they can request a revision within 15 days of receiving the completed design. However, if the customer is still not satisfied with the revised design, a refund will be provided after deducting the amount for the work done.

Note:

In case of cancellation, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
If a customer violates the terms and conditions of SIGIA IPRO PRIVATE LIMITED, the company reserves the right to cancel the order without providing any refund.
